- Decide if setting your alarm earlier is feasible for you, and if so, define the activity or reason for trying this out. It takes 2-3 weeks to make a routine a habit, so if you can wake up earlier and be productive during that time for one week, you should be on to a good start.
- Determine when your most productive hours are using the guides in Tracking Your Performance.
- Use exercises from A Guide To Preparing Your Day to create daily schedules, sticking to it for at least three days. Remember to assign your toughest tasks to the times when you work the best.
