TownSites Associates need to be able to log in from multiple locations, specified below.
Primary Dashboard
The Primary Dashboard is where this Documentation can be found, as well as the Onboarding records for customers and their payment statuses. It is built on WordPress.
Log in to TownSites Primary Dashboard
The Primary Backend has a blue status bar on top.

TownSite Dashboard
Use the TownSite Dashboard to log in to a Customer’s TownSite to perform onboarding or moderation services.
A TownSite Dashboard uses different login credentials from the Primary Dashboard and has a black status bar on top.

Customer Dashboard
This is the portal where the Customer can access all aspects of their TownSites account available to them. It requires a Customer username and password to access.
In most cases, you won’t need to log in this way; use the TownSite Dashboard instead.

Other Logins
ActiveCampaign
When dealing directly with Customers, you will need to log in directly to ActiveCampaign to view Customer information, view notes and send emails. If you need access to ActiveCampaign you can request a username and password from an Administrator.
Asana
TownSites uses Asana for task management. You will need an Asana account in order to receive, and update tasks assigned to you. Contact an Administrator for access to the TownSites project on Asana.
DropBox
In order to view images and footage sent by customers, you will need a DropBox account. You won’t need a separate DropBox account for TownSites—you can use your own.
To get access to TownSites files on DropBox, click Shared on the left-hand bar, then click the TownSites folder to add it to your DropBox account.
If you don’t see the folder, ask an Administrator to send it to you.
